Tokens are the universal unit of usage on FeedFlix. Every action on the platform (streaming, viewers watching, storage) consumes tokens. You buy tokens in monthly buckets, and the more you buy, the cheaper each token gets.
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you immediately receive the additional tokens. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Tokens are valid for the billing month. Unused tokens do not roll over, but we designed the buckets so you always have headroom. If you consistently have leftover tokens, consider dropping to a lower tier.
You can purchase additional token packs at any time, or upgrade your plan. Active streams are never interrupted; you'll receive a notification when your balance is low.
Every new account receives 1,000 free tokens to test the platform. No credit card required. That's enough for several test streams with viewers.
